Electrical Facility Engineer

Description:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical Engineering)

· PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred

· Experience in building facilities, construction, or property management is an advantage.

· Knowledgeable in power systems, lighting design, controls, and safety standards.

· Proficient in reading electrical plans and using AutoCAD or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.

· Prepare preventive maintenance programs for electrical facilities.

· Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes (e.g., PEC, NFPA, local building codes).

· Supervise installation, repair, and upgrading of electrical systems.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and utility providers.

· Monitor power consumption and recommend energy-saving measures.

· Respond to electrical-related issues or emergencies in the facility.

· Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
