RESPONSIBILITIES : Audit and evaluate the assigned properties' quality performance in terms of management and maintenance of facilitiesValidate the quality of workmanship and maintenance activities carried out to the facilities of the properties in accordance to standards and applicable codesParticipate in the planning and execution of monthly and annual audit schedule on assigned propertiesReview, prepare, and present audit findings / reports to the Quality Management Department Head and to the assigned Facilities Management Head and personnelResearch and recommend applicable standards, practices, and procedures that may be implemented on the properties' facilities to ensure continuous improvementUpdate Quality Management Department's database for ready reference by the team QUALIFICATIONS : Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related courses such Diploma courses in Mechanical or Electrical TechnologyLicense is an advantage but is not required for the positionMust have relevant working experience of at least 1 year from the real estate or property management industryMust have experience in conducting audit and preparing audit reports on the management and maintenance of facilities on properties such as, but not limited to, genset, elevators, pumps, transformers, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing facilitiesMust have a professional-level oral and written communication skillsMust be vigilant and detail-orientedCapable to establish harmonious working relationships within the department and to external clients / auditees
