Our Store Operations Group (SOG) is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Systems and Applications Associate.

In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of user acceptance testing, consolidate testing results, create user guides and training materials, and assist the SOG Help Desk in addressing production issues raised by the Stores. You will also help recommend system and application improvements to enhance store operations and customer service.

What the role will entail

• Conduct user acceptance testing within agreed timelines

• Consolidate UAT results and prepare required reports

• Prepare user guides and assist in developing user training materials and system advisories for Stores and affected units

• Assist in conducting user training sessions when needed

• Recommend system and process enhancements to improve customer service and turnaround time

• Validate internal and external audit exceptions and help recommend solutions

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any Business or IT-related course

• Familiarity with banking regulations for financial institutions

• Basic knowledge of bank products, services, and internal policies and procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
