What Youll Do

As a Branch Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring exceptional patient service efficient clinic operations and achievement of business goals. You will lead the branch team maintain operational standards and create a positive experience for every patient.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle patient inquiries concerns and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow.
• Drive branch sales through customer retention referrals and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies operational standards and Patient Care Management protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness safety and overall appearance of the clinic.
• Monitor clinic equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise coach and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performing team.
• Prepare branch reports manage schedules monitor attendance and oversee office supply requirements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Physician and Operations team to achieve branch objectives.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of any four-year college course.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the service industry.
• Excellent leadership interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work onsite and provide support to other clinic branches when needed.
