What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties, such as:
o Providing assistance to clients via phone, email, chat or other channels – answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product / service information,
o Handling and processing product, service or other orders / requests,
o Handling transactions associated with product / service changes,
o Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems, and
o Handling and processing payments.
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders.
• Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies.
• Escalates complex and difficult to resolve issues per established protocol.
• May have direct client interface.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required
Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
