HIRING : HR ASSISTANT

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Familiarity with Labor Laws and employment equity regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Assist in the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates

Maintain and update employee records and databases

Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests

Recommend improvements to enhance existing HR processes
