MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling disciplinary actions such as :

o Incident Report o Notice to Explain

o Administrative Hearing

o Notice of Disciplinary Action

o Termination

o Return to Work Order

Tracks employee movements such as :

o Promotion

o Transfer

o Change in position title and salary adjustment (if applicable)

Facilitates dismissal of employees :

o Non-Regularization

o Retrenchment / Redundancy

Facilitates offboarding procedures such as :

o Retention talk, exit interview and routing of clearance to different departments, sending of demand letters, updating of unreturned assets, updating of offboarding trackers timely.

Monitors performance evaluation :

o 3rd Month Review, 5th Month Review, Annual Review, Performance Improvement Plan

Support and maintain employee engagement programs :

o Inviting employees to participate

o Planning and execution of monthly engagement initiatives

o Coordination with Marketing Team for the marketing collaterals

  • Conducts Employee Orientation Program
  • Creation and releasing of Certificate of Employment (COE)
  • Assisting employee / supervisor’s concerns (One-on-One discussion, Focus Group Discussion or touch base)
  • Endorsement of 201 files to C&B Team o Updating of Reports / Trackers for both HR and Operations.
  • Must be a graduate of HRDM, BS Psychology and the like.
  • Must have at least five (5) years total experience as Human Resource Business Partner with IT / Digital Solutions background.
  • Above average English communication and interpersonal skills; able to work professionally with employees from all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge in web-based application on computer tools (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strict compliance with data integrity and security policies and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Agreeable to work on shifting schedule and holidays; willing to accommodate change of shift due to business need.
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP is a plus
