We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Drafter / BIM Modeler to support architectural and engineering projects through precise drafting and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models using industry-standard software. This role requires strong collaboration with design teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate documentation and model coordination.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
• Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
• Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and BIM protocols
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as needed
