Facilities and Maintenance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION : Facilities and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for checking, repairing and servicing machineryequipment and maintenance of facilities.1. Conducts evaluation of equipment / facility cost repairs and maintenance.2. Provide work direction and performs project lead responsibilities for improvement offacilities, including developing logical, efficient projects plans, established priorities,assigning and delegating task, providing guidance to team members, anticipating andavoiding problems, monitoring and managing task completion.3. Responsible for the maintenance of all aspects of the building, including but not limitedto HVAC, plumbing, fire protection system, pumps, generators, tanks and packagingequipment.4. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize equipmentbreakdown, maximize efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards.5. Perform routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards, ensure compliancewith electrical codes and regulations, and recommend corrective actions.6. Review and evaluates preventive maintenance contracts and project bid proposal.7. Recommend project proposals for improvement of facilities to the Immediate Superior.JOB QUALIFICATIONS : - Licensed Electrical Engineer- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing plant and building electrician
