JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Open for HS Graduates

With at least 1 year of CSR experience.

Handled any related banking / cards LOB and / or with experience in AU accounts

Can start by October 2025

Amenable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Answer consumer questions by phone, email, or chat.

Address problems with products or services by elucidating the client's grievance, identifying the

cause, and providing suitable remedies.

Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers.

Adhere to policies, norms, and communication protocols.

Report outstanding problems to the relevant internal teams.

Comment on how effective the customer service procedure is.

Remain informed about corporate policies, promotions, and product knowledge.
