Job descriptionCollege Graduate with or without experience Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience / work experience Above Average English communication skills Good interpersonal skills Analytical and problem solving skills Good comprehension skills Basic knowledge with MS Office 18k basic pay + 1k flex fund allowance 20% Night differential HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification Life and Accident Insurance Annual increase based on performance 13 and 14th month Pay

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer support
- Communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
- Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
