CAD Operator - 2 Yrs Exp / QC

Requirements :

• Male / Female
• Age limit is 40yo
• Graduate of BS Drafting
• w / ATLEAST 2-3years experience as a CAD Operator in Construction Industry - Architectural Concept (Office based work)
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering
• Pleasing personality and appearance
• Good communication skills
• Team player and reliable
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Career-focused, fast learner, and detail-oriented
• Knows how to use measuring tape
• Knowledgeable in technical construction terms
• Living within or near the area (Banawe / La Loma, Quezon City) is better

Responsibilities :

Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software

Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design plans

Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes

Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards

Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions

Assist in preparing documentation for construction or manufacturing

Interpret sketches, specifications, and notes into technical drawings

Perform quality checks on completed drawings

Stay updated on CAD software and drafting best practices

Support project teams with design-related tasks
