This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Make 500–1,000 outbound calls per week to prospective commercial real estate property owners
Identify, qualify, and pre-screen potential leads for senior agents
Schedule Introductory Calls between prospects and senior sales leaders
Accurately log all activities, notes, and lead insights into Salesforce CRM
Conduct follow-up calls and targeted outreach to nurture leads and strengthen engagement
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Maintain a consistent, professional, and energetic approach to daily prospecting activities
Requirements
Must-Haves :
2+ years of B2B Outbound Sales or Cold Calling experience — experienced in reaching out to businesses or high-net-worth individuals, not just customer service. Must be comfortable initiating conversations with prospects who are not expecting a call.
High-Volume Calling Experience — accustomed to handling 500–1,000 outbound calls per week with proven success in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Proven Appointment Setting / Lead Generation Skills — able to schedule introductory calls and provide measurable results from previous roles.
CRM Experience (Salesforce preferred) — strong ability to log and manage activities accurately. Experience with other CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is also valuable.
Nice-to-Haves :
Real Estate Industry Background — familiarity with commercial or residential real estate terminology (e.g., property owners, agents) is a strong plus.
Experience Working US Hours (EST) — ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Performance-Based Role Experience — motivated by commission or bonus-driven structures, with a strong focus on results and goal achievement.
