Job Description

As a technical product owner at the executive level, you will shape the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our learning system. Your task is to make strategic technical decisions that ensure our products are streamlined, scalable, and laser‑focused on enhancing student outcomes.

• Exhibit profound expertise in education products to influence strategic choices
• Create technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and sustainability through key technical decisions
• Implement generative AI technologies to automate and enhance engineering processes, aligning with our vision to minimize manual labor

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD / hour, which equates to $400,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
