Job Title : Sales Staff
Location : Taguig, Makati, Manila, Quezon City, Alabang, Las Piñas
As a Sales Staff member, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products / services, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will actively engage with customers, help identify their needs, and offer solutions to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction : Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing inquiries about products and services.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products / services to confidently recommend and sell to customers.
Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling or cross-selling relevant products.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting : Record and report sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details accurately.
Inventory Management : Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and reporting inventory issues.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other sales staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Follow-up : Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Promotions and Campaigns : Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and special offers to drive store traffic and sales.
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
