Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.
Communicate with prospective clients in a persuasive and professional way, outlining the features, benefits, and advantages of our products
Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant fieldMinimum of 6-month experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.Knowledgeable in digital marketing and managing social media platformsDigital photography and video editing experience is a plusDemonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principlesAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFresh graduates are welcome to apply
