Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting process, including data gathering, alignment with business units, variance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess key business drivers and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and analysis, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate at the Mid-Senior level for a full-time position in Finance, Accounting / Auditing, and Analyst.
