Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Career executes applicant-focused digital campaigns to attract, engage, and convert applicants. Using Go High Level, this role builds automated workflows, manages email and SMS campaigns, and tracks engagement to enhance the applicant journey. Working closely with the Career Marketing Director, copywriter, and design team, the specialist ensures all campaigns are optimized for impact and aligned with employer branding goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Creation
Develop automated workflows and nurturing sequences in Go High Level to streamline applicant communication.
Set up reminders, follow-ups, and applicant journey touchpoints that improve engagement.
Continuously refine workflows to reduce drop-offs and increase applicant conversions.
2. Content Implementation
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to upload, optimize, and schedule applicant-facing content.
Ensure all emails, funnels, and landing pages are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
Maintain and update applicant-facing assets to reflect current campaigns and initiatives.
3. Campaign Execution
Build, launch, and manage applicant-facing email and SMS campaigns in Go High Level.
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and reach the right applicant segments.
Support multi-channel recruitment campaigns led by the Career Marketing Director.
4. Optimization & Testing
Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, templates, funnels, and applicant messaging.
Identify and scale winning strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and applicant conversions.
Document test results and share learnings for future campaign improvements.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance through Go High Level dashboards and other analytics tools.
Provide weekly reports highlighting applicant engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Translate data into recommendations for optimizing applicant-facing campaigns.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
Good command of the English language
Must be 18 years of age and above
A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam
DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS :
Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent is highly required
Windows or Mac is acceptable
At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
NETWORK REQUIREMENTS :
10 Mbps DSL or Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed)
