What you'll do :

The Digital & Search Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across web, search, email, and social media platforms. The specialist will ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's identity, support strategic business goals, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Digital Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Maintain, update, and optimise website content (WordPress), ensuring SEO / LLM best practices, UI / UX, and brand consistency.

Develop engaging content for email, social media, blog posts, and landing pages.

Build and manage marketing automation workflows using ActiveCampaign.

Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, copywriting, A / B testing, retargeting, and budget management.

Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align messaging and campaign goals.

Successful candidates must have :

Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video)
