In this role, you are expected to :
SUMMARY
Identifies and monitors training needs in the organization, and designs, plans, implements, and assesses training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
ESSENTIALS
- Training and Development
- Reviews existing training programs, with special focus on the skills training matrix of shop floor
- Suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and / or to meet the changing needs of the organization, the industry, and the customers
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
- Designs and facilitates new modules on training topics not covered by vendors
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget
- Prepares and implements training budget
- Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions and arranges on-the-job training for new hires and runs the apprentice program
- Other HR areas
- Supports in the resolution of attendance and timekeeping issues of the shop floor
- Supports the implementation of the performance management process, especially the Performance Improvement Plan of the shop floor
- Supports the conduct of all Discipline processes and procedures of the shop floor
- Ensures the compliance for local labor laws as well as Franke policies, as applicable
- Processes other HR reports as needed
- Supports other HR and Admin tasks and initiative
- Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or other related fields; Master’s Degree is an advantageWith 1 to 3 years work experienceWith experience in conducting training sessions in a Manufacturing companyFamiliarity with modern and traditional training methodsExcellent motivational skillsAbility to plan, manage time and multitask effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced record-keeping skillsExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skillsGood collaboration and teamwork skillsAssertive and confidentThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and attendance and timekeeping systemsWilling to work in Malvar, Batangas
