Digital Marketing Manager

Job Brief

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build our online presence and implement digital marketing campaigns that support our company’s objectives. If you are passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging AI to improve performance and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and campaign strategies
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversions, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages
• Design, manage, and maintain social media profiles across platforms
• Contribute to and oversee content for the organization’s blog
• Analyze market and audience trends to generate actionable insights
• Identify conversion and drop-off points to optimize user funnels
• Drive website growth with a goal of doubling traffic within one year
• Communicate with clients periodically to understand expectations and satisfaction
• Apply industry best practices in all digital marketing activities
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Hands-on experience with online advertising tools (Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and similar platforms)
• Must have working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, including:
• • AI content generation and optimization tools
  • AI-driven ad optimization and audience targeting platforms
  • Marketing analytics and automation tools utilizing machine learning
• Ability to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency, accuracy, and marketing performance
