Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Officer with at least 5 years of procurement experience to support end-to end purchasing activities in an international business environment. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong procurement fundamentals, supplier management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order processing
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business procurement requirements
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Maintain procurement records and prepare reports to support purchasing decisions
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive cost savings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of procurement experience.
Experience in shared services, multinational companies, manufacturing, retail, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work on a dayshift and hybrid work set-up (5x/month in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City)
