Creative Team Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an Art Director with strong creative and production expertise to guide our design team, elevate visual output, and contribute to the development of high-impact creative solutions. This role requires a balance of conceptual leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring that all design work aligns with project goals, brand standards, and client expectations.

Experience with AI-driven creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Gemini, or Runway ML is a plus, as we aim to incorporate modern technology into our creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and visual guidance to designers across multiple projects.
• Oversee the development of design concepts, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate project requirements into compelling visual solutions.
• Review and refine design deliverables to maintain high creative standards.
• Support the training and development of junior designers, fostering growth and innovation.
• Manage timelines, workload distribution, and production quality across the design team.
• Help optimize creative workflows and adopt best practices for hybrid work environments.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative efficiency and ideation.
• Participate in client calls or internal presentations to articulate design rationale and creative direction when needed.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in a senior design or art direction role, with involvement in both conceptual and production work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, branding, layout, and campaign execution.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to creative team development.
• Proficiency in major design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Gemini, and/or Runway ML) is a plus.
• Strong creative judgment, communication skills, and the ability to solve problems through design.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines, manage feedback, and maintain design quality under pressure.
