We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid & Social Media Manager to lead integrated strategies that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. In this role, you will own paid media planning and optimization, drive social media growth, and support PR initiatives that strengthen our brand reputation.

You will collaborate closely with global teams, local stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver impactful, insight‑driven campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

What Your Day Looks Like

Paid Media

• Lead end‑to‑end paid media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across all relevant channels.
• Build paid media strategies aligned with market objectives (awareness, conversion, loyalty) in close partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop campaign briefs, manage budgets, review and challenge agency media plans, and drive A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance vs KPIs, optimizing targeting, frequency, and channels for maximum impact.
• Translate insights into actionable learnings to refine future strategies.
• Identify and build partnerships with third‑party platforms for premium placements and competitive advantage.
• Uphold paid media governance and ensure market adherence to guidelines.

Social Media

• Lead the market’s social media strategy, ensuring strong alignment with brand direction.
• Grow brand presence, engagement, and followership across all social platforms.
• Support commercial objectives through campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Brand, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other functions to ensure consistent messaging and content execution.
• Oversee community management strategies to foster meaningful customer interaction.

Brand & PR Communications

• Work with internal teams to build understanding and support for Smoke‑Free Products where allowed.
• Develop strategic PR plans, toolkits, and activations to drive awareness and consideration.
• Manage PR execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, including events and media engagements.
• Craft and distribute press materials, manage media inquiries, and maintain relationships with journalists and publications.
• Support spokesperson and leader readiness for media interactions in partnership with Global Communications.

Who We're Looking For

You are a strong communicator and digital strategist with a passion for brand storytelling and data‑driven marketing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or digital communications (Paid Media, Social Media, PR, customer retention, brand building), ideally in an agency or tech‑driven environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid media planning, execution, performance optimization, and analytics.
• Proven experience in managing social media strategies and PR communications.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking; able to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, global/regional partners, and agencies.

Work Schedule and Location

• • Generally Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
  • Based in The Finance Centre (TFC) Head Office in BGC.
