The Opportunity

As aQA Engineer, you will be a guardian of our quality excellence, designing the protocols that ensure our materials and finished products exceed global regulatory and safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to influence the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from initial processing to worldwide distribution, ensuring that every product leaving our facilities is a testament to precision and quality.
What You Will Do
- Design Quality Protocols:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Manage Compliance:Plan and manage the compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949, GLP, GMP).
- Process Evaluation:Design sophisticated methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, equipment, and finished goods.
- Data Analysis & Trends:Perform deep-dive analysis of production data and quality reports to identify trends. You will recommend critical updates or changes to quality standards and procedures based on your findings.
- Operational Standards:Ensure continuous alignment with Six Sigma methodologies and other industry-specific specifications to maintain world-class manufacturing excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with manufacturing and production teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated seamlessly into the workflow without compromising efficiency.
What You Will Bring
- Quality Engineering Expertise:Proven experience in designing quality assurance protocols within a high-tech manufacturing environment (semiconductor experience preferred).
- Regulatory Knowledge:Strong familiarity with international quality and safety standards, including ISO and IATF requirements.
- Analytical Proficiency:The ability to analyze complex production data sets to identify variances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Precision Mindset:A meticulous approach to evaluating the accuracy of production equipment and the integrity of finished products.
- Communication & Influence:The ability to draft formal quality reports and influence management to adopt updated standards and procedures.
- Educational Background:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related technical field.
