A U.S.-based construction and home improvement company is looking for a Spanish–English Bilingual Telemarketer to support outbound calling and lead generation efforts. The role involves contacting homeowners, introducing services, qualifying potential leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, fluent in both Spanish and English, and comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls while meeting daily performance goals. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistency are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in Spanish and English
• Follow provided call scripts and introduce services professionally
• Qualify leads based on interest and basic requirements
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call notes, records, and follow-ups
• Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain professionalism, call quality, and compliance with company guidelines
Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal communication)
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to handle high call volumes consistently
• Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
