Digital Marketing Manager

Job Brief We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build our online presence and implement digital marketing campaigns that support our company’s objectives. If you are passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging AI to improve performance and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing and campaign strategies Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversions, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages Design, manage, and maintain social media profiles across platforms Contribute to and oversee content for the organization’s blog Analyze market and audience trends to generate actionable insights Identify conversion and drop-off points to optimize user funnels Drive website growth with a goal of doubling traffic within one year Communicate with clients periodically to understand expectations and satisfaction Apply industry best practices in all digital marketing activities Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills Hands-on experience with online advertising tools (Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and similar platforms) Must have working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools , including: AI content generation and optimization tools AI-driven ad optimization and audience targeting platforms Marketing analytics and automation tools utilizing machine learning Ability to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency, accuracy, and marketing performance Ready to Join Us?
