Job descriptionJob Title: Junior IT Support Specialist Work Location: On-site – Davao City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot basic Windows and/or macOS issues Assist with computer setup, software installation, and system updates Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet) Handle IT requests via ticketing system, email, or phone Maintain IT asset inventory and simple documentation Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0–2 years of IT support experience or fresh graduates welcome Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Familiar with Office 365 or similar tools Good communication and customer service skills Willing to learn and work on-site Nice to Have CompTIA A+ / Network+ or similar certifications Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., GLPI) Basic knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD
