Job Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and guide purchasing agents/buyers. Develop and implement strategies for cost savings and efficiency. Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors. Oversee purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and timely supply delivery. Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and prepare purchasing reports. Work with internal departments to forecast needs and support projects.
