IT Helpdesk

MIDSHIFT | Fulltime | Makati Office (Hybrid) | UK Based Partner

About the Role

We have partnered with a telecom systems, infrastructure, and network provider on a mission to develop innovative systems and software that make the impossible possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer support, assisting users with technical issues, collaborating with the development team to resolve system bugs, and testing new features before release to ensure they meet customer needs.

What you'll be working on

  • Delivering prompt and reliable technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve bugs or issues impacting customers.
  • Testing and evaluating new features from the customers perspective prior to release.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing guidance on system use and addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

What we're looking for

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Job Type: Full-time, (Midshift: 3PM- 12AM)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati Office) - 901-C, 9th Floor, Vicente Madrigal Building, 6793 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines
