Job description

Operations Management : Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherence to SOPs. • Customer Focus : Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image. • Team Leadership : Train, supervise, and motivate staff. • Financial Management : Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability. • Inventory Control : Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts. • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office. • Store Maintenance : Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation. • Liason with Head office : Communicate effectively with head office and manage store assets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : • College graduate or College Level • Experience in Sales and Store operations • Experience in Supervisory or Leadership role • Customer Service oriented • Problem-Solving skills • Computer Literate • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Effective time management  Willing to learn and to be trained Body Type : Lean, healthy looking (for men, not too bulky), proportional Height & weight - Female : 4’11 and up - Male : 5’3 and Up - Normal BMI Aura : warm smile ,confident, pleasing personality, clean Background : Someone with active lifestyle not necessarily an athlete but hobbies must include being active.
