COMPANY PROFILE: A Manufacturing company that handles equipment products for financial distributions. Position: Safety Officer Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Biñan, Laguna Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 25,000 gross Work Set-up: On-site BENEFITS: - Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) - Insurance - 13th Month Pay - Paid Trainings - HMO upon regularization - Rice & Uniform Allowance (PHP 1,500 each) - Early Regularization Based on Performance JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field - Experience in planning, developing, and implementing OSH programs - Knowledgeable in required safety reports / DOLE reports - Knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) and Work Environment Measurement (WEM) - Preferably residing in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang) or willing to relocate. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle administrative documentation, contracts, and supplier relations - Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, company events, and company vehicles - Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with ISO 45001 and DOLE regulations - Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits - Prepare and submit required DOLE safety reports and compliance documents - Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (Face-to-Face Interview) - HR Interview - Technical Assessment - Hiring Manager Interview
