Upsell in-event sessions, activities, exhibition space, and digital opportunities to new and existing customers. Manage end-to-end event registrations, including payment processing, visitor support, and minor troubleshooting. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, generating new leads, contacts, and email subscribers. Sell to senior-level prospects, driving new business and increasing revenue from existing accounts. Effectively manage CRM campaigns, pipelines, and data accuracy across multiple events. Consistently meet or exceed revenue, activity, and call-time targets, with accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
