IT Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Analyst to support manufacturing and commercial digital systems. This role is critical in ensuring system uptime, compliance, and operational excellence across both IT and OT environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in IT analysis, IT support, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Hands-on exposure to MES, PLC/HMI, SCADA, and logistics systems
• Experience working in IT & OT environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

IT & OT Operational Support

• Provide daily support for manufacturing and commercial systems
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with global IT/OT teams
• Support testing, patching, updates, and validation
• Monitor system performance and SLA compliance
• Maintain accurate technical documentation

Business & Manufacturing Coordination

• Gather business requirements for tech initiatives
• Prepare reports and data summaries
• Support audits and system-related investigations
• Facilitate meetings and track action items

Project & Continuous Improvement

• Support system upgrades and improvement initiatives
• Track progress and coordinate with teams/vendors
• Assist in risk assessments and change documentation

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing
