About the Role

The Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization through structured coordination, documentation management, and administrative support across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage correspondence, calendars, and travel arrangements
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain administrative reports and documentation
• Oversee office supplies procurement and vendor coordination in accordance with company policies
• Support the organization of meetings, internal events, and corporate activities
• Assist in expense documentation, reimbursement processing, and basic cost monitoring
• Maintain systematic filing systems (both physical and digital) in compliance with internal standards
• Ensure adherence to established administrative procedures and corporate governance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in administrative or office support functions; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard digital tools
