Entry Level Technical Writer

Position Overview: As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation that clearly communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Onsite Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: Writing user manuals, release notes, scripts, newsletter articles, posters, and other internal documents.

Developing scripts and content for interactive training materials and internal communication materials.

Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Testing technical features of software to determine the most effective and user-friendly instructions.

Ensuring final drafts comply with established team guidelines and specifications, and applying appropriate editorial treatment to existing documents.

Managing time effectively and meeting documentation deadlines accordingly.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in any field.

Preferred but not required: Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication, Language-related courses, Education, or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Writing or technical writing-related experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent technical writing skills.

Highly competent in written and spoken American English.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Suite tools, and screen capture tools.

Ability to understand technical information and present it in a simple, organized, and concise manner.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Comfortable working in an office-based environment.

Able to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.
