Job Summary
The International Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Recruitment Partners (RPs) across the Philippines to drive student enrollments for the Global Student Program (GSP). This role requires strong expertise in international student recruitment, channel sales management, and partner relationship development within the education sector.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to expand agent networks, increase enrollment numbers, and strengthen upGrad GSP’s market presence through structured engagement and performance-driven strategies.
