(Account assignment depends on assessment results and operational requirements.) ⸻ Job Responsibilities • Assist customers via chat, email, or phone • Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Document interactions in the system • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Full training will be provided. ⸻ No Experience? You Can Apply! If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Iloilo, you already qualify.
