That’s Okay! If you’ve worked in jobs where you deal with customers, you already have an advantage! Examples of customer-facing experience: • Service Crew (Jollibee, McDo, Chowking, etc.) • Sales Associate / Promodiser • Cashier (SM, Robinsons, groceries) • Bank Teller / Front Desk • Receptionist • Rider dealing with customers • Fresh SHS/College Grad with good communication skills If you assist customers, answer questions, or handle concerns — you qualify. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Assist customers via phone (Voice), chat/email (Non-Voice), or both (Blended) • Provide product, billing, or technical support • Resolve concerns professionally • Document customer interactions in the system • Meet performance targets (full training provided!) ⸻ Qualifications: ✔ At least Senior High School Graduate (HS Old Curriculum welcome) ✔ Good English communication skills ✔ Basic computer navigation skills ✔ Willing to work onsite in UP Ayala Technohub QC ✔ Open to shifting schedules (Dayshift & weekends-off accounts are LIMITED) ⸻ Why Apply?
