Job description
Role Overview The Project Development Area Head will lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple real estate projects within a designated area. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the real estate development process. Qualifications Bachelors degree holder; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development or project management , with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Proven experience in site acquisition, feasibility studies, master planning, design coordination, regulatory approvals, budgeting, and project execution . Strong knowledge of local zoning, land use regulations, building codes, and real estate market trends. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple property development projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project development for assigned area, from site acquisition to project completion. Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands. Oversee project timelines, cost management, and quality control to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new developments or portfolio optimization. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and manage a team of project managers and support staff, fostering high performance and professional growth.
