You'll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartrack's innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships, you'll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment Duties: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solution. Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business. You will need to understand customer challenges and offer a solution accordingly. Cultivate a pipeline for new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms. Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission. Meticulously use our CRM to report all your activity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven sales experience , preferably in a B2B environment , with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , enabling you to identify opportunities, address client needs, and propose tailored solutions. Highly motivated , results-oriented , and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within Davao City and nearby areas to meet clients, attend meetings, and drive business development.
