ASSOCIATE DENTIST

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, collaborate with our dedicated team, and contribute to maintaining our practice’s reputation for excellent patient service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform full scope of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and restorative work.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental health.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient flow.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards set by the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) and relevant health authorities.
• Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school in the Philippines.
• Valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and current PDA membership.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates with strong clinical skills will also be considered).
• Knowledge of modern dental equipment and practice management systems.
• Excellent diagnostic, technical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical dental practice and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
