Hi! We're Smartsourcing, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, creation, and publishing of digital content across social media and email campaigns. In this role, you'll craft compelling graphics and video content, experiment with campaigns, and help manage the brand's presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok—ensuring consistent, engaging, and results-driven marketing efforts.

Role Overview

This role matters because consistent, high-quality digital content is the engine of M&Co's online brand visibility and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Associate ensures that content pipelines stay active and on-brand, while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow audience engagement — freeing the client team to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Creation & Production

• Produce high-quality written, graphic, and video content aligned with M&Co; brand guidelines
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and email campaigns on a regular cadence
• Use AI-assisted tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, ContentIn) to streamline production
• Repurpose content across formats to maximise reach and efficiency
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets

B. Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor platform performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report trends
• Experiment with formats, posting times, and messaging to identify high-performing content
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging digital trends
• Engage with community comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner

C. Email & LinkedIn Campaign Execution

• Draft, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns in line with campaign briefs
• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences and sponsored content as required
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign-level conversions
• Collaborate with the client team to align campaign messaging with sales and business goals
• Maintain clean subscriber/contact lists and ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance

D. Campaign Experimentation & Reporting

• Proactively propose and run A/B tests on content, subject lines, and ad formats
• Compile regular performance dashboards and present insights to the Account Manager
• Identify underperforming content areas and recommend data-driven adjustments
• Track competitor activity and flag relevant trends or opportunities

E. Proactive Contribution &Collaboration

• Attend internal and client meetings prepared with updates, ideas, and data
• Proactively flag content opportunities, campaign ideas, or platform developments without being prompted
• Support event coordination and marketing activities as needed
• Collaborate with the Smartsourcing Account Manager on priorities, workload, and feedback loops

F. Proactive Contribution &Collaboration

• Attend internal and client meetings prepared with updates, ideas, and data
• Proactively flag content opportunities, campaign ideas, or platform developments without being prompted
• Support event coordination and marketing activities as needed
• Collaborate with the Smartsourcing Account Manager on priorities, workload, and feedback loops

G. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Readiness and Digital Enablement

• Maintain baseline AI literacy relevant to their role, including the ability to understand, use, and evaluate AI-supported tools for work efficiency and decision-making.
• Use approved AI tools and digital systems in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements,
• information security standards, and client confidentiality obligations.
• Apply sound judgment in AI use by validating outputs, avoiding overreliance, and ensuring accuracy, fairness, and professional accountability for all work delivered.
• Participate in required AI readiness trainings, upskilling programs, and continuous improvement initiatives as
• part of Smartsourcing's innovation and learning culture.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, digitization, and
• responsible AI integration within their scope of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in digital marketing accepted in lieu of formal qualification.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Portfolio of published content (social posts, graphics, videos, email campaigns) required.
