HUMAN RESOURCES LEAD
Work Address: Ayala Malls, Pasig City
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 6PM
Job Summary:
The HR Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end human resources function within a healthcare setting, with a strong focus on recruiting healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. This role requires hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and the ability to lead HR initiatives that support both clinical and non-clinical operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals (e.g.,
nurses, dialysis staff, allied health professionals, and other clinical roles).
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment
strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for qualified healthcare candidates.
- Ensure timely endorsement, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and
procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
3. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
- Assist and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee benefits administration and respond to related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
4. Policy & Compliance Management
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with healthcare standards and labor regulations.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within Human Resources, such as HR Lead, HR Manager, Senior HR, or any similar HR supervisory role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Basic hands-on experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and labor law compliance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
