Responsibilities

• Attend daily performance dialogue (PDs) to review previous performance and shift strategies,
• Resolve pending issues, support game plan and coordinate help needed.
• Conduct team meetings to align daily game plan v Initiate or conducts root cause analysis on errors/misses encountered to identify reasons for failures, errors, misses or losses and take appropriate action
• Coordinate required resources to appropriate individual, team, or support group head
• Drive and implement operational productivity improvements
• Timely escalate performance and/or safety issues to site leadership as necessary.
• Efficiently allocate available resources based on shipment plan and operational priorities
• Identify individual performance measures, conduct regular review, and provide timely feedback
• Support individual training and development
• Shift or workload planning

Requirements

• With at least 3 solid years in warehouse management and/or third (3rd) party logistics management.
• Bachelor’s degree holder or with equivalent experience
• Can handle people and can communicate in all levels
