Job summary

Overseeing day to day business activities, optimizing processes for efficiency, managing resources (budget, staff, materials), ensuring quality and compliance, and leading teams to align operations with strategic goals across various departments like production, logistics, and customer service. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, performance monitoring (KPIs), budget management, staff training, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee operations team: Operations, HR and Recruitment Head Office and Satellite office.
• Evaluating operations team members performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Recruitment department for all areas of improvement as future advantage of the operations team.
• Perform other strategic plans for operations team.
• Creating, updating and alignment of operations process, modules, reference etc.
• Generate operation reports to management.
• company (head office and field) service performance

• project performance
• Business continuity enhancement and development.
• Perform field operations audit (random) for validation.
• Attend to client meetings for operational concern.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be (4) Four-year College graduate in any related course.
• Must have 2 years and up experience as Operations Manager.
• Experienced in the position is an ADVANTAGE.
• Confident and with strong leadership skills.
• Can handle and lead a team with confidence.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Can work Monday to Saturday schedule (half-day)
• Can start immediately once hired.
• Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
