Accounting Manager

Qualifications & Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy • CPA preferred Experience: • With solid experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (Food & Beverage preferred) • Strong background in cost accounting Technical Skills: • ERP system experience (NetSuite, Zoho or similar) • Advanced Excel proficiency • Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations • Strong financial analysis capability Competencies: • Analytical and detail-oriented • Strong leadership skills • High integrity and ethical standards • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strategic thinker with operational mindset Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Company Christmas gift • Company events • Free parking • Life insurance • On-site parking • Opportunities for promotion • Paid training Experience: • Accounting: 8-10 years (Required) • Manufacturing Environment: 5 years (Required) • NetSuite: 3 years (Preferred) • Zoho: 3 years (Preferred) • Financial analysis: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • CPA (Required) Work Location: In person Pay: ₱60,000.00 - ₱70,000.00 per month (or can adjust according to the asking salary upon interview)
