EOL Mold Equipment Engineer

Responsible for the set-up of new equipment and improving the overall equipment efficiency.

• Provide analyses and modification of equipment, which will lead to continuous improvement in machine utilization, efficiency, losses and quality.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers changes and modification for institutionalization.
• Performs analyses on visual/mechanical rejects.
• Set up equipment and train technicians and operators on its operations and functions.
• Generate/establish/write operating specifications.
• Generate and maintain reports and records.
• Education Graduate of 5 year Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical technology course or equivalent
• Experience At least 2 years direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering
• Skills Preferably knowledgeable in automated test handler, testers and tape and reel equipment Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
