Location: This is an onsite opportunity. Our office is located at 10F–11F Robinsons Cyber Omega Building, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605.

About the role

As a Facilities Administrator I, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office facilities, providing administrative support, and maintaining compliance with government and environmental requirements. You will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well‑organized workplace for our teammates. Along the way, you will get to:
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless daily facility operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with DENR regulations and maintaining all required environmental certifications.
  • Supporting workplace safety by implementing and upholding safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Overseeing facility operations and housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Coordinating with PEZA regarding local and national disposal requirements and compliance processes.
  • Working closely with building administration for repairs, maintenance, and facility needs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
