Business Development Manager Strategic Partnerships & Distribution

Location: Remote

About the Role

Liviti is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager Strategic Partnerships & Distribution to grow and manage our national referral partner network.

In this role you will build long-term value-driven relationships with professional partners helping them provide trusted investment and property solutions to their clients. Youll be the face of Liviti in the market both in-person and through digital presentations content and events.

If you have an existing professional network a consultative approach and a passion for partnerships that drive mutual growth this is the role for you.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify build and expand referral partnerships with:

    • Mortgage brokers

    • Accountants

    • Financial advisers

    • Other professional services firms aligned with Liviti

  • Position Liviti as a value-adding partner that enhances partner offerings

  • Structure and manage referral relationships with compliance and best practice in mind

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners

  • Maintain regular engagement to understand partner and client needs

  • Support partners with insights education and access to Livitis specialist team

  • Drive consistent high-quality referrals for all parties

Partner Enablement & Education

  • Present Livitis investment and finance solutions to partner teams

  • Support partners with:

    • Client education sessions

    • Co-branded presentations and events

    • Thought leadership and market insights

  • Ensure partners are confident in introducing Liviti to their clients

Content & Market Presence

  • Represent Liviti confidently (videos webinars partner content)

  • Collaborate on content that showcases partnership benefits and supports client education

Growth & Distribution Strategy

  • Identify new partnership opportunities

  • Work closely with internal teams to refine partnership offerings

  • Provide market feedback to support the continuous improvement of Livitis solutions



About You

You are a relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of trust-based partnerships and long-term client value.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in partnerships business development or distribution roles

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Confidence presenting in person and on camera

  • A commercial mindset with a collaborative partner-first approach

  • Experience in property finance wealth or professional services is highly valued

  • Proven experience in business development partnerships or distribution roles

  • Existing professional network in finance accounting advisory or related sectors

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Confident communicator in person and on camera

  • Comfortable presenting to professional audiences and facilitating partner discussions

  • Commercial mindset with a long-term partnership-first approach

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

Required Skills:

Proven experience in real estate or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and media trends. Ability to collaborate and support negotiation processes. Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate paperwork completion. Availability for appointments inspections and events. Proficiency in managing diaries and client databases.
